is a specific provision that provides for a person who has been convicted
of any violation of title 18, C.R.S., that was committed while hunting,
trapping, fishing, or engaging in a related activity that would total
20 or more points against the license, to trigger suspension proceedings
with the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission.
