Charles E. Feldmann

Charles E. Feldmann, is the Managing Partner at Wildlife Lawyers, a division
of Feldmann Nagel Cantafio PLLC, where he generally focuses
his practice of law in the area of courtroom litigation. nearly all of
his experience over the last 25 years has been focused on winning cases
in the courtroom. As a wildlife attorney, he assists clients across the
western states with wildlife hunting violations and defends outfitters
and landowners in both federal and state court. He is passionate about
protecting the rights of hunters across the united states.
Honored with inclusion on the 2007 Colorado
Super Lawyers® list, he is an aggressive litigator demanding superior results through
the use of the litigation process. Mr. Feldmann brings firepower to the
courtroom based on his two and half decades of experience and success
in producing results for his clients.He represents clients across the
globe and defends clients internationally and throughout the country.
A former federal prosecutor and defense attorney in the United States Marine
Corps, Attorney Feldmann has taught prosecutor and defense counsel trial
enhancement training at the Naval Justice School. He was also an adjunct
professor at Colorado Mountain College in the areas of criminal and constitutional
law and lectured at the Department of Defense and with the National College
of District Attorneys. He was a former DEA Drug Task Force Commander and
Colorado state prosecutor. He regularly represents police officers, Sherriff's
deputies, and law enforcement officials in criminal defense matters.
