years of experience in the field of law enforcement investigation. He
is an expert in SWAT tactics, firearm instructor training, police firearms
training, and sexual assault investigations. Dave is also a certified
court expert witness on wound ballistics, firearms training, and firearms.
He is the owner and managing private investigator of Kleiber Investigations,
a Colorado-based private investigation agency.
After 28 years of service in the U.S. Army and the Army National Guard,
Dave retired from his military career in 2012. He was awarded the Bronze
Star Medal and the Combat Infantry Badge for his service in Operation
Iraqi Freedom 1 and Operation Iraqi Freedom 2. Dave's work as a police
detective includes cases of homicide, missing persons, international fraud,
financial crimes, and scams. His extensive knowledge about the investigation
of sexual assault cases and his skillful ability to create sexual assault
response teams have made him an in-demand expert in the field.
During his career in law enforcement, Dave was assigned to the FBI's
Safe Streets Task Force. He was also deputized as a U.S. Marshall for
his membership with the U.S. Marshall's Fugitive Task Force. Over
the years, Dave has become known for his impeccable ability to find people
