If you’re looking for the right guy to defend against wildlife or
fishing violations; you found
her. I am an experienced wildlife defense attorney, defending against Colorado
Parks and Wildlife violations to the Federal Lacey Act.
More importantly, I am the daughter of an avid outdoorsman and Vietnam
Veteran. I grew up hunting javelina in Southern Arizona. I have scouted
big game on both the North and South Rim’s of the Grand Canyon and
By the age of twelve, I could obliterate a 5.5 oz V8 can with my Remington
from 200 yards. I am a saltwater fisherman and regularly drop my hook,
line, and sinker in the Sea of Cortez.
I continue to scout game throughout Colorado with my two Norwegian Elkhounds,
Gunnar & Grendel, when not in Court litigating and defending against
alleged criminal and wildlife violations. If you are looking for someone
to listen, advise, counsel, and guide you through the criminal and administrative
process of potentially losing the privilege to hunt or fish, please give
me a call. I am eager to discuss the matter with you – and share
the story how I caught a 100+ lb. grouper with a baseball bat.
