To hunt waterfowl, you need the following: A Small Game License requires proof of hunter education and a habitat stamp. A Habitat Stamp can be purchased online, at CPW locations, and from an authorized sales agent. A Duck Stamp, which is officially called a Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp, is available through the CPS, and at select post offices or online.
